Studies have shown that more people suffer from dehydration in the winter than in the summer. This is because the summer heat and sun reminds you constantly that you are thirsty. Don’t wait until you are thirsty to drink water, actively drink it whenever you can.
Warm food and beverages are a must in the winter months, try to take this as an opportunity to try out new recipes, or herbal remedies to drink like green tea, ginger, cinnamon coffee, or even vegan hot chocolate. Keep yourself and your body warm.
